Artwork & Style

All artworks are created in my personal artistic style, including composition, color palette, and overall interpretation. While your concept and references are considered, final creative decisions remain with the artist.

Pricing & Payment

Commissions start at $2000 USD. Final pricing is confirmed before payment. Full payment is required upfront to secure your commission, and work will only begin once payment has been received.

Revisions

Minor refinements may be considered during early stages of the process. Major changes, full redesigns, or direction changes are not included once the artwork has progressed.

Copyright & Usage

The artist retains full copyright of all artworks. Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing. The artwork may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

The artist reserves the right to document and share the artwork in portfolios, websites, and social media. If shared publicly by the client, the artist must be credited and tagged.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is included in the total commission price unless otherwise agreed.

All artworks are carefully packaged and shipped via a registered carrier. Where available, shipments are sent with insurance provided by the carrier based on the declared value of the artwork.

Once the artwork has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes subject to the carrier’s handling, timelines, and conditions. Any claims for loss or damage must be processed directly through the carrier’s insurance system, and assistance will be provided where needed.

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. These costs are not included in the commission price or shipping fee.

Cancellations & Refunds

As each artwork is custom-made, commissions are non-refundable once work has begun.

If a cancellation is requested before work starts, a partial refund may be issued at the artist’s discretion.
