All orders are processed within 2 business days. Please note that orders are processed only on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

2. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping method:

• Standard Shipping: upto 14 days + 50 NOK for orders within Norway and NOK 95 for orders outside Norway. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination.

 

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and shipping method selected. Any additional taxes or customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us at malaslea.art@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

 

5. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there are issues with your order, please contact us, and we will work with you to find a solution.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply.
